SUNT FLOARE DE CIREŞ

Ying hua, flori de cireş, flori de cireş,
Aţi îmbujorat marginea oraşului şi vă întreb
De unde aţi venit ?
V-a adus vântul primăverii din norii de dincolo de ceruri ?
Aţi murit cândva, dar sufletul nu v-a părăsit
Şi v-aţi aciuat printre oameni, v-aţi agăţat de crengile cireşului ?
Aţi ţesut peste noapte mii de eşarfe purpurii.
Ying hua, flori de cireş, surâdeţi cu tâlc .
Ameţite de vânt, petalele voastre cad lin,
Ca o burniţă fină, peste hainele mele şi-n păr.
Flori de un roşu pal, petale de iubire,
Mi-aţi ajuns la ureche. Vă ascult.
Voi sunteţi eu, voi sunteţi timpul meu pierdut,
Voi sunteţi anii mei frumoşi ca floarea de cireş.
Ying hua, flori de cireş,voi sunteţi chiar inima mea
Voi sunteţi eu de altădată
Iar eu sunt voi, sunt floare de cireş.
Eu cel răsfrânt în limpedea-oglindă-a primăverii,
Cel înfrumuseţat de strălucirea ei,
Sunt numai bucurie.
M-am regăsit, sunt floare de cireş.

You have blushed the outskirts of the town and I ask you
Where have you come from ?
Did the spring wind carry you from the sky ?
Did you die once upon a time, but your soul haven't abbandoned you
And you sheltered among the people, you clung of the branches of the cherry tree ?
You have weaved at night thousands purple scarfs.
Ying hua, cherry flower, you smile misteriously.
Drugged by the wind, your petals fall slowly,
Like a fine rain, on my coat, in my hair.
Flowers of a pale red, petals of love,
You have riched my ear. I listen to you.
You are me, you are my lost time,
You are my beautiful years like the cherry flower.

Me reflected by the clear mirror of the spring,
